The Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT) and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) will host a combined open house and formal public hearing at the five locations listed below to receive comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Washington, D.C. to Richmond Southeast High Speed Rail project (DC2RVA).

“Now is the time to better understand if or how this project impacts you,” said Supervisor Frank J. Principi, Prince William Board of County Supervisors. “While this project may be years away, there will be impacts to property at or near Belmont Bay, Neabsco Creek, Rippon VRE, and Powells Creek,” he said.
