Transurban recently shared a list of the most recent recipients of its grant program, including one based right up the road in Occoquan, The Good News Community Kitchen. Congratulations to all of this quarters recipients:

95 and 95 Express Lanes Grant Program Recipients:
*   The Good News Community Kitchen – $1,500
*   Braddock Road Youth Club – $1,500
*   The Arc of Northern Virginia – $1,500

395 Express Lanes Grant Program Recipients:
*   Rooftop Roots – $5,000
*   Good Shepherd Housing and Family Services – $5,000
*   Long Branch Creek Civic Association – $5,000
*   Mount Vernon Community School Parent Teachers Association – $5,000

Transurban is inviting grant applications for the next quarter, we encourage nonprofits serving our community to apply! The next application deadline is December 31.
